Ementa: Os fundamentos teóricos das modernas abordagens institucionalistas: o Velho Institucionalismo (ou o Institucionalismo Original - IO), os Neo-institucionalistas e a Nova Economia Institucional (NEI). As principais divergências e interfaces teóricas entre as escolas e de outras abordagens heterodoxas correlatas (Escolas Pós-keynesiana e Evolucionária). A aplicação do instrumental teórico multidisciplinar para interpretar cientificamente os fenômenos econômicos em geral.
