Summary: This work seeks to discuss, from a theoretical approach, how the uberization process occurs and its consequences in the world of work, taking into account the advancement of communication and information technologies in the most diverse spheres of 21st century society. To this end, it is necessary to conceptualize some phenomena inherent to the capitalist system, such as the circulation of goods and service, the types of market and the formation of expectations. Furthermore, to define this theoretical scope, it is essential to address the discussion about the instability of the economic system and how it relates to the precariousness of work and the loss of rights, together with the systematization of different approaches to work relations that permeate current society, which culminate in the uberization process. In the first chapter, this process will be contextualized and inserted into economic theory, followed by an investigation into the relationship between precarious work and the systemic instability of capitalism. Finally, elements of contribution and divergence of neoclassical theories and theories divergent from neoclassical will be analyzed.
